Be ambitious

It involves setting high targets, pushing one’s limits, and working tirelessly to achieve them. Ambition can be a powerful driving force in personal and professional growth, often leading to innovation, accomplishment, and personal fulfillment. However, it’s important to balance ambition with patience and ethical considerations, as excessive ambition can sometimes lead to negative consequences. In essence, being ambitious can propel individuals to achieve great things, but it should be tempered with wisdom and integrity

Attend industry events, join professional groups, and connect with alumni. Your network can provide guidance, mentorship, and even job referrals. Keep in mind “Your network determines your network”.

Friday was national girlfriend's day and Sunday was apparently national sister's day. Who honestly knows when all these days started coming into play? But what's important is the celebration of women in our lives. Female friendships are often overlooked, insulted, claiming women are problematic, stressful, take things too seriously just because they care about their friendships enough to put emotions into it.  Seeing people celebrate females they have relationships with, either: platonic, romantic or even familial, it brings joy to the heart and keeps hope in society. The Beginning of my Journey Assistant General Secretary II of Lead City Voices Stepping into the role of Assistant General Secretary II of Lead City Voices has been one of the most defining moments of my journey at Lead City University. It was not a position I stumbled upon by chance ,it was one I pursued with intention, determination, and a heart set on service. In this role, my goal is to keep our communication smooth, our records well-organised, and to support projects that will make Lead City Voices even stronger and more impactful. I want to help create an environment where every voice is heard and where we can keep raising the bar together. This position has already taught me so much from better time management to working closely with people who inspire me daily. It has helped me grow in confidence, leadership, and service.
